We believe that part of our job at WestHills is to help our members grow when they are not at church. In an effort to encourage you to spend time with the Lord each day we will be suggesting different resources from time to time. We are trying to recommend tools that will help all ages in all kind of circumstances. So, take a look and we hope these recommendations help you and your family walk with the Lord!

"Finally Alive" by John Piper (recommended by James) An encouraging and exciting book about what it means that we have been "born again". "An Introduction to the New Testament" by D.A. Carson, Douglas J. Moo (recommended by Tyler) A great resource to accompany your Bible reading as we begin the New Testament in our "Cover to Cover" sermon series. This book helps the reader to understand the historical and theological context of each New Testament book of the Bible. "Seeing and Savoring Jesus Christ" by John Piper (recommended by Robby) A book that encourages you to see Jesus and love Him supremely. As you read your head and your heart find common ground and your faith and love for Jesus are strengthened. "Hands on Bible" (recommended by Jimmy) This is the Bible that Jimmy will be using with your children in the upcoming "Whiz Kids" discipleship small groups. "The Bright Sadness" CD by Charlie Hall (recommended by Robby) A  rock album that is a musical testimony to the great change that God makes in our lives! "Hymned No. 1" CD by Bart Millard (recommended by Robby and James) This is an album of old southern hymns that have been rearranged and made current. Everyone will love this album and it will draw you to worship! "I Can Only Imagine Lullabies for a Peaceful Rest" CD by Bart Millard (recommended by Robby) Worship songs arranged as Lullabies in a sweet and peaceful tone to play for your child.
